Mrs. ZOU is the Chairman, CEO and inspirational leader of First Decision Education Group. In addition to her responsibilities at First Decision, Mrs. Zou serves as Executive Director of the China Non-Government Education Association, which represents over 80,000 Kindergartens across China. Mrs. Zou also serves as Vice President of the Beijing Head Masters' Association, a group with over 1,500 head masters. Mrs. Zou earned a Master's Degree from the University of London (SOAS). Upon returning to China, Mrs. Zou worked in investment and management prior to founding First Decision. Mrs. Zou is responsible for overseeing the development, operation and growth of the Company.
Professor Steve Hirschhorn
Steve Hirschhorn joined the group in September 2011 as Vice President of International Education and Teacher Training for First Decision Education Group. He was a Senior University Lecturer, has delivered Master's programmes in Linguistics, has more than 30 years' experience in training teachers, is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and the only person to twice be awarded the Walpole Prize for Excellence in Teaching. Steve has written numerous articles on language teaching and learning and continues to do so, he has also lectured all over the world on a variety of language related topics.
Mrs. Lydia Brawner
Mrs. Lydia Brawner is the Director of Children's Literature and Preschool Literary Research for First Decision Education Group (USA). Mrs. Brawner graduated from Auburn University with an MA. degree in education. Mrs. Brawner has 30 years' experience teaching literature, reading, writing and language skills.
Brad Reinert
Brad Reinert is the General Manager of First Decision and a Director of the Company. Mr. Reinert brings a unique blend of east-west cultural understanding to the Company. Based in China since 2001, his background includes work in the health care, IT and education industries, where he defined himself through expert customer service and management effectiveness. Mr. Reinert’s responsibilities at First Decision include business planning and development, marketing and professional development. He also serves as a partner and director in Health Sun LTD, a medical device manufacturer, exporter, importer and distributor.
